I have worked in the creative industry for over 15 years and have a wide range of experience in art and creative direction, design leadership, and design craft β€” both online and offline.

I started my career at a global advertising agency and later moved to the client side.

My experiences adapting my creativity and skills to different types of companies, tasks, brands, and channels have helped me learn something new in each career phase.

Ad agencies made me tough

Working in an ad agency environment has taught me how to juggle multiple tasks, pitch endless new ideas, prioritize what’s important, and keep calm as the deadlines tighten.

In-house experience taught me how to shape a brand from within

I have had the chance to develop brand and style guidelines from scratch for various brands. Working in-house, I have gained a deeper understanding of a brand and its users and learned how to define its unique voice and differentiate its experience.

I’m conceptual & strategic

Over my years in the creative and tech industry, I have established healthy confidence in my abilities as a conceptual and strategic creative. I am proficient in market and user research, devising strategies, and creating design concepts that grow businesses.

I know how to get s*** done

Thanks to my pragmatism, I am very efficient in maintaining daily operations, defining priorities, and organizing creative production. I also know how to craft excellent design.

In my leadership roles, I’ve learned to give constructive feedback and motivate and inspire people. As a leader, I know that effective leadership starts with active listening skills and staying humble.

I am open-minded and curious. I'm driven to achieve great results whilst also remembering to enjoy the process. I work with discipline and overcome obstacles along the way.
